Order processing

Your order will be shipped when the payment has been received.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. We however intend to be as quick as possible, so expect your order to ship on the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). 

When placing and order you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order details.

For any assistance or issue contact us at shop@calistavintage.com we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please review that you have entered the correct address as it cannot be modified once it has been shipped. 

Shipping

We ship internationally from Brussels, Belgium to the EU and to most countries. Please confirm your country is elegible for delivery at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the details and a tracking number.  Please understand we cannot be held responsible for any delays concerning delivery companies.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. The customer will send the product in its original packing and in the same way of delivery providing proof and a tracking number. Once it has arrived we will inspect it and process the refund immediately (see RETURNS section for more information).
